Welcome to UberPlumber’s Online Discounted Services Offer. By booking with us, customers agree to the following terms:

ONLINE BOOKINGS AND DISCOUNTS

  • Online bookings qualify for discounted labour rates, which include travel time and the first one (1) hour of labour (VAT excluded).

  • Materials are not included and will be billed separately if required.

  • Labour exceeding one (1) hour will be charged additionally.

  • All prices quoted exclude VAT.

ADDITIONAL LABOUR AND MATERIALS

  • If a job exceeds one hour, a quote will be provided telephonically for the additional labour and materials.

  • Work will only continue after the customer has approved the quote and made the necessary payment.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment must be made immediately upon booking online to qualify for any discounts.

  • Any additional charges must be settled promptly to avoid delays.

  • Accepted payment methods: EFT or credit card (no cash accepted).

  • All prices exclude VAT.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

  • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Refunds or reschedules are only valid within this notice period and must be requested via WhatsApp or email.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customers must provide accurate information when booking.

  • Customers must ensure unobstructed access to the worksite.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Workmanship Guarantee:

  • 10 days for blocked drains

  • 60 days for plumbing repairs

Guarantees apply only to work that has been fully paid and cover only the work completed by UberPlumber.
We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing issues

  • Structural damage

  • Underground utilities (cables, irrigation, etc.)

  • Gardens, plaster, paint, or walls

  • Delays or changes due to unforeseen complications

PRIVACY

  • Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Information will not be shared without consent.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or service failures due to events beyond our control, such as:

  • Extreme weather

  • Accidents

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Additional costs may apply in such cases.
